SAVE AT LEAST 40% OFF YOUR HEATING AND COOLING BILLS WITH GEOTHERMAL HEATING AND COOLING...

What is geothermal heating and cooling?
Quite simply put, geothermal heating and cooling uses heat from the earth to heat and cool a structure, whether it be a home, office building, or other structure. These systems are the most energy efficient, environmentally clean, and cost-effective space conditioning systems available according to the Environmental Protection Agency.

How many homes use it?
It is very widespread and there are more than 1,000,000 homes using geothermal heating and cooling in the United States.

Do other types of structures use it?
Yes. Geothermal heating and cooling is currently being used by schools, apartment buildings, and office buildings.

What are the advantages?
There are two primary advantages: economical and environmental.

Economic advantages — geothermal systems reduce heating and cooling expenses by 40% and more.

Environmental advantages — Current geothermal installations are eliminating more than 5.8 metric tons of CO2 annually.

The Future of Geothermal Energy
Geothermal energy has the potential to play a significant role in moving the
United States (and other regions of the world) toward a cleaner, more sustainable energy system. It is one of the few renewable energy technologies that—like fossil fuels—can supply continuous, base load power. The costs for electricity from geothermal facilities are also declining. Some geothermal facilities have realized at least 50 percent reductions in the price of electricity since 1980. New facilities can produce electricity for between 4.5 and 7.3 cents per kilowatt-hour, making it competitive with new conventional fossil fuel-fired power plants.

Over the next decade, new geothermal projects are expected to come online to increase U.S. capacity to between 8,000 and 15,000 MW. As hot dry rock technologies improve and become competitive, even more of the largely untapped geothermal resource could be developed. In addition to electric power generation, which is focused primarily in the western United States, there is a bright future for the direct use of geothermal resources as a heating source for homes and businesses everywhere.

Additionally, most states provide rebates for geothermal equipped homes.

We represent a well established, reputable company, Newark Mechanical, that has installed geothermal systems and can install one in your home or structure.

And if you are building a home, a school, an office building, or any building project you should give geothermal heating and cooling very serious consideration.

We can also provide financing for you.
